NWG Outdoor Gear is about one thing — inspiring you to get outside and have fun in nature. Our mission is to help people rediscover the joy of the outdoors through adventure, connection, and great times on the trail.

We build tough, functional gear for riders who live for good days outside — from big mountain missions to laid-back post-work laps. Born from a love of mountain biking and long days in the saddle, our gear is made to handle whatever you throw at it.

What started as a university project has grown into a brand built by riders, for riders. Founder Nathan Gaffran has been passionate about mountain biking since day one, and he’s on a mission to create gear that gets people stoked to ride and adds to every adventure.
